Fitness classes are a great way to exercise and are still as popular today as they were when Jane Fonda introduced us all to leg warmers in the 80's! But things have moved on.
Fitness classes are usually set to music and done in a group which makes them motivational and fun plus they're good for
Please note that the minimum age to attend a fitness class is 12 years, with the minimum age for fitness circuits being 14 years. This is to ensure that we comply with the guidelines outlined by FitPro who govern and mediate fitness classes.
Although occasionally you can get into a class without booking, we do recommended for most classes that you book up to 7 days in advance with an I-card online, by phone or at the centres. You can pay per visit for classes or save money with a monthly I-card package.
