Team Ipswich have made two grant awards to young Ipswich karate internationals Tom Canham and Reisha Hull following their recent selection to represent England at the 2007 European cadet and junior Karate championships in Izmir, Turkey.

The Team Ipswich Community Basketball Project, based out of Westbourne Sports College, will be running a variety of basketball camps in the February half-term holiday.

Following dismal performances by the England cricket team in Australia the original obituary to English cricket has been quoted many times recently.

In case you didn’t know it read: “In affectionate remembrance of English Cricket, which died at the Oval on 29th August 1882.  Deeply lamented by a large circle of sorrowing friends and acquaintances. RIP.  N.B. The body will be created and taken to Australia”.
