Cancellation Policy

The Team Ipswich cancellation policy is for all bookings made, whether online, by phone or in person.

There is no charge for cancelling a booking more than 24 hours in advance.
A charge will be made for anyone who cancels their booking with less than 24 hours notice from the start time of the booking made.

This charge will be made to both casual and monthly paying customers. Concessionary charges will apply if you are eligible.

Although we will demonstrate discretion if you have a genuine reason for cancelling with less than 24 hours notice, we cannot guarantee that the charge will be waived. If you persistently fail to honour bookings then we may also cancel your I-card.
