Coached sessions

There are also ‘taster' sessions during school holidays - we can send you information about these via email - simply register on our free database (brochures are also available each holiday).

You can also have an archery birthday party for 7 year olds and above - see the parties section for more details.

Participation for disabled users

Optua Leisure has set up the Suffolk Disability Sport Academy whose mission is to encourage disabled people to take part in Paralympian sports with the aim of taking part in the 2012 Paralympic Games in London.
